Thank you for shopping with Manang House. This policy explains our order processing, delivery times, shipping charges and tracking.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Australia: Free standard shipping.

International destinations: AUD $19 flat-rate shipping.

Free shipping applies only to eligible orders delivered to an Australian address.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia: Approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International destinations: Approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier network, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, sale periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or AUD $19 shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.

Manang House does not control these charges. Please contact your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been fulfilled or dispatched.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please check the tracking information and contact the courier first.

You may also email info@mananghouse.com with your order number, and we will assist with the delivery enquiry.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the parcel and products and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
