Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Manang House piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We can't accept items that show signs of wear.

Email info@mananghouse.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Want a different size? Start a return and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
